The LHS/LMS Library is a hub of student activity at Litchfield High School and Middle School. Librarians help students develop their capacity to locate, evaluate, and apply information. Classes frequently visit the library to conduct research or seek out materials for pleasure reading. Students also use the library for individual and group study. The library’s mission is to train excellent student researchers, provide high-quality library services, and develop collections that support academics and independent reading at LHS/LMS
